RECOGNIZE MISTAKES AND ITERATE

We’re human, and so making mistakes is inevitable. What’s important is that we learn from our mistakes, iterate, and where possible put mechanisms in place to prevent them from happening in the same way again.

ENGAGE IN OPEN COMMUNICATION, EVEN WHEN IT’S CHALLENGING

We are willing to have challenging conversations in order to help ourselves and others grow. We ask for feedback, and willingly offer it. When receiving constructive feedback, we offer gratitude and deeply consider how to be the best version of our authentic selves.

QUESTION WHAT YOU THINK YOU KNOW

We are always willing to examine our deeply-held beliefs in order to let in the light of new and innovative ideas and approaches. We engage in healthy debate that leaves room for the opinions of others.

We set the bar at the highest possible level given timeline and budget needs. We understand that optimal solutions for each unique customer will require logical trade-offs, and are honest with ourselves and the customer where they are being made.

DEDICATION TO BUSINESS SUCCESS

We understand how our performance affects the health of our business, and we work toward continual improvement to help Bad Rabbit succeed as a business.
