Our Values

We are extremely proud of our culture, which is made possible through attention to the following core Bad Rabbit Values:

Our highest priority is to find and produce the best solutions for each unique customer, in pursuit of the very highest level of satisfaction.

We embrace curiosity as a means of understanding the needs of our customers and coworkers. We ask open-ended questions in order to learn as much as possible about a process, challenge or project.

We’re human, and so making mistakes is inevitable. What’s important is that we learn from our mistakes, iterate, and where possible put mechanisms in place to prevent them from happening in the same way again.

We are willing to have challenging conversations in order to help ourselves and others grow. We ask for feedback, and willingly offer it. When receiving constructive feedback, we offer gratitude and deeply consider how to be the best version of our authentic selves.

We are always willing to examine our deeply-held beliefs in order to let in the light of new and innovative ideas and approaches. We engage in healthy debate that leaves room for the opinions of others.

We don’t pass the buck. We insist on maintaining excellence in our work and that others do the same. We always consider how our choices will affect customers and fellow team members. We don’t just flag problems, we try to bring solutions.

We set the bar at the highest possible level given timeline and budget needs. We understand that optimal solutions for each unique customer will require logical trade-offs, and are honest with ourselves and the customer where they are being made.

We understand how our performance affects the health of our business, and we work toward continual improvement to help Bad Rabbit succeed as a business. It doesn’t do our customers any good if we put ourselves out of business. Our customers have a right to incredible business outcomes as part of a fair business exchange.

We recognize that everyone has a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving. Approaches that differ from our own are not necessarily wrong. We participate and engage with customers, vendors, fellow Bad Rabbits, and the community, in order to connect with and recognize the humanity in one another. We say thank you.
