Senior Project Leader

You are an experienced software development and implementation Project Leader with a track record of delivering high-quality software projects – on time and on budget.
Proven working experience as a software development / implementation project manager, running technical teams
Track record shipping completed software projects.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience utilizing multiple software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
You are a self-starter and disciplined. Curious and tenacious when it comes to learning and problem solving. A team player also capable of working independently, who can keep an open mind and work with many personality types.
At least 5-years’ experience gathering, analyzing, and structuring requirements
At least 3-years’ experience working on projects utilizing a structured software development process: backlog grooming, User Story development, prioritization, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and other iterative activities
Experience in Research Administration (understand the domain, workflows, and terminology)
Senior Software Engineer
You have a passion for technology and programming, strong fundamental concepts, and want to work in a great environment.
Advanced proficiency with Object Oriented Programming.
Java or C# or any OOPL (work is not done in either of these languages).
Strong technical writing skills.
Junior Software Engineer

One or more completed software projects you built yourself, either independently or part of a course.
Certification, degree, or independent projects that display competency in multiple technologies.
Developed a web application to completion either independently or as part of a team.
Senior Front End Developer
Advanced proficiency developing complex client-side web applications in React.
Advanced proficiency analyzing and debugging front-end code
Strong technical reading, writing, and verbal communication skills including the ability to work with domain- and customer-specific jargon.
